- Three larger fragments and several detached scraps from a dark-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and right, and imperfect on the left; with writing on one side. The back is blank. On the front, there are 24 lines written across the fibres; the lower margin is extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
