Papyrus roll, darkened in places and damaged by holes of varying size, abrasion, and loss of fibres. It bears writing on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front contains 9 narrow columns; the intercolumn and lower margin are irregular. The upper and right margins are minimal; the left margin survives to x mm. The back contains 4 broad columns, with wide intercolumn between the third and fourth columns. In the left margin there are two lines.

The papyrus is mounted in a glass case.

Papyrus sheet, complete, somewhat damaged along the vertical folds, with surface damage in the middle, along the height of the sheet. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of 26 lines; all margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right; the blank space at the bottom measures 47 mm, the upper margin 25 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Papyrus fragments of various sizes from a composite roll, with the larger fragment being made up by joining several sheets of different dimensions, originally distinct; written on both sides, containing several columns in various hands not fully preserved. One sheet in the middle of the roll was arranged in the reverse way to the rest, so that its verso lies with the recto of the rest of the roll.

Occasionally we see Demotic text written above the Greek one as well as in the blank space of the recto. The verso bears Demotic writing. The recto of the papyrus contains lines 507-703 of the same document of which further portions are to be found in Papyrus 261 and P.Vindob. G 19976.

The verso, unpublished, is the continuation of the recto, with further accounts arranged in 31 columns, of which the first 6 are so defaced as to be illegible.
