- Light-brown papyrus sheet, rectangular in form. The document, consisting of 31 complete lines, is written on the recto, along the fibres. The verso is blank. Left (13 mm), and bottom (79 mm) margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
