- Papyrus sheet, mutilated along the left edge and at the top, and lacking the lower right-hand corner; with breaks and surface damage throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 15 lines, with a blank space of 45 mm between lines 11 and 12. Margins partly survive, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
