Upper papyrus (A): Medium-brown, complete, with some surface damage; written on one side across the fibres. 4 lines, complete; margins extant; back blank.

Second papyrus from top (B): Medium-brown, complete, with some surface damage; written on one side across the fibres. 4 lines, complete; margins extant; back blank.

Third papyrus from top (C): Medium-brown, imperfect at the bottom, with some surface damage; written on one side across the fibres. 4 lines, the last being damaged; back blank.

Lower papyrus (D): Medium-brown, complete, with some surface damage; written on one side across the fibres. 5 lines, complete; margins extant; back blank.

Receipt issued to Leontius by the Holy Church of Hermopolis through its administrator (pronoetes) Colluthus, recording three payments for rent on land made between the end of July and August. The back bears the endorsement.

Medium-brown papyrus sheet, square-shaped, complete but damaged down the centre; written on both sides. On the front, there are nine lines written across the fibres and imperfect. All margins are extant, the upper, right and left being minimal. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Two papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.

Upper papyrus (A): Upper portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, with some surface damage; written on one side. The front bears 5 lines from the top of a column running along the fibres, with traces of a further line at the bottom. The back is blank.

Lower papyrus (B): Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with little damage along the right edge; written on one side. The front bears 6 lines running across the fibres, written in the upper half of the sheet; the lower half is blank. Margins are extant. The back is blank. Folding lines are still visible; there are traces of the original seal, which has not survived.
