Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, torn at the top and bottom and with some surface damage throughout. Writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank; there are 12 lines; the lower margin survives in the left half of the sheet; side and upper margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
