- Papyrus sheet, broken off to the left, with few insect-holes at the bottom and a break along the vertical fold; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 13 lines lacking the beginning and occupying the upper half of the sheet. The upper and lower margins are extant, the right is minimal and irregular. The blank space at the bottom measures 120 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
