- Record of the repayment of a loan of 56 artabas of wheat, drawn up in the notarial office of Pathyris. Psenenoupis, son of Onnophris, had lent the wheat from Herienouphis (Herianoupis), who acknowledges receipt of repayment. With summary on the back.

Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, with some holes especially along the left edge (front), but well preserved as to the rest. Writing runs across the fibres on the front and along them on the back. The back bears a one-line docket. On the front there are ten lines, the last of which is indented; paragraphus and blank space divide line 9 from line 10. Margins survive, with the lower measuring 65 mm. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
