Lower portion of a papyrus sheet, the upper part of which is in New York, at the Pierpont Morgan Library, inventoried as P. Gr. 39; damaged along the folds and bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. There are 11 lines from the foot of a column, the first two mutilated, written along the fibres. Lower and side margins are extant. The Pierpont Morgan Library papyrus preserves the first ten lines of the column, and the address on the back, written with the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Letter from various military officers to various recipients, among whom are Poeris, son of Nechoutes, and presumably Pachrates, requesting the release of at least two individuals.

Fragmentary papyrus sheet, lacking most of the upper half and broken along the folds; writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Portions of 10 lines survive; lines 1-4 are badly mutilated, with a loss of c. 70 letters to the right. The lower margin is extant; a sheet-join runs along the fibres at the bottom. A fragment in Cairo, inventoried as P.Cair. inv. 10373, preserves portions of the first 4 lines. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Conclusion of a letter with reference to the delivery of the monthly amount of grain assigned to the senders. The names of the correspondents are lost; the senders are writing from Ptolemais.

Lower portion of a papyrus sheet of coarse quality, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text breaks off at the top; 9 lines survive, the last of which is indented. The right margin is minimal and irregular, the lower margin is extant, and the left margin is partly preserved. A sheet-join runs from top to bottom at c. 25 mm from the right edge. Vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
