Papyrus sheet, complete, with few holes in the left portion, but well preserved as to the rest. The left edge is irregular. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears two columns of 3 and 2 lines respectively, written in the upper half. On the front there is one column of 30 lines, the last of which is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. All margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame
