- Contract made at Pathyris for the sale of a sycamore tree, bought by Zmenous for the price of 1 talent and 4000 drachmas. The sellers are Patous and his sister Takmeis. Patous receives the money, but penalty applies should he fail to give his sister her share within the agreed time.

Two halves of a light-brown papyrus sheet, well preserved. On the front, writing runs across the fibres. There are 9 lines; line 7 is mutilated. All margins are extant and the blank space at the bottom measures c. 60 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
