Document drawn up before Hermias in the notarial office in Pathyris, recording the loan of 5100 drachmas from Peteharsemtheus, son of Nechutes, to Peteharsemtheus and his brother Petesuchus, sons of Panebchounis. With endorsement on the back.

Extent:

Papyrus sheet, complete but with some holes in the lower portion and some minor surface damage throughout; edges are irregular. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back; the back has 4 lines written in the lower right margin. On the front there is one column of 27 lines, the last of which is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.

Document drawn up in the notarial office in Pathyris before Hermias, recording the repayment of a loan of two talents from Peteharsemtheus and his three brothers to another Peteharsemtheus, son of Almaphis, who had lent the money. With endorsement on the back.

Papyrus sheet, complete, with few holes in the left portion, but well preserved as to the rest. The left edge is irregular. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears two columns of 3 and 2 lines respectively, written in the upper half. On the front there is one column of 30 lines, the last of which is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. All margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame

Papyrus sheet, long and narrow, with light-coloured patches; damaged by breaks along the horizontal folds. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back; the back bears two columns of 2 and 3 lines respectively. On the front there is one column of 32 lines, the last of which is slightly indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. Margins are extant, with the side being minimal, and the lower wide. A sheet-join running along the height of the sheet is visible at c. 20-25 mm from the right edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Letter from Petesuchus, son of Panebchounis, to his brother Peteharsemtheus and others. Among other things, Petesuchus advises the recipients to buy the wheat there or in Diospolis, having heard that the mice had eaten up the grain seed. With address on the back.

Papyrus sheet, with breaks along the vertical folds and lacking the bottom left corner, but well-preserved as to the rest. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back having one column of three short lines in the middle of the left margin and one line in the right-hand half of the sheet. On the front there is one column of 22 lines. All margins survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Light-brown papyrus roll of fine quality, complete and well preserved. On the front, there are 3 columns; the first column has 8 lines written across the fibres, as the first sheet of the roll displays vertical fibres; the second column is wide and has 16 complete lines; the third column has 7 lines in Greek, followed by some blank space and 7 lines in Demotic. Margins are extant; sheet-joins are visible. On the back, there are dark spots and traces of ink. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Papyrus roll, complete, but damaged by few holes and breaks; the last sheet of the roll (front) displays vertical fibres, as opposed to the fibre orientation of the other sheets forming the roll. Writing is on both sides. The front bears two complete columns, the first with 8 lines and the second with 10 lines; margins are extant, with the lower and right being generous and measuring 65 and 95 mm respectively. Sheet-joins are visible. The original clay seal is preserved. On the back the writing is at the bottom; there are two columns with two lines each in Greek, and one line in Demotic above them.
