- Papyrus sheet, medium brown, complete but damaged by breaks and insect holes, especially along the vertical folds on the left; written on both sides. On the front, there are 10 lines written in red ink along the fibres and occupying the upper half of the sheet. Margins are extant, with no blank space to the right and left. The back bears three lines written against the fibres in the upper right corner upside down in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
