On the front, there are 30 lines running along the fibres; all margins are extant. Traces of erased lines are visible in the left margin. A sheet-join runs vertically along the left edge. On one side, there are 6 lines running along the fibres, with ample blank space between lines 6 and 7, and traces of erased lines at the bottom; all margins are extant. On the other side, there are 8 lines running across the fibres, with ample blank space between lines 4 and 5. The last two lines are written upside down. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

There is one column of 35 lines, and further writing in the side margins: in the left margin, the text is upside down, in the right margin it runs along the right edge perpendicularly to the main column.
