Scope & Content:
Sale of a white female donkey and her foal for 160 drachmas, the sellers being Eirenaeus and Phasis and the buyer Sotas, son of Ptolemaeus. With date at the end.

Papyrus sheet, complete, with small insect holes and little abrasion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and occupies the upper half of the sheet; there are 17 lines, the last 3 of which are separated by some blank space from the rest of the text. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures c. 100 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

On behalf of his son Sotas, Theogiton acknowledges receipt of 104 drachmas of those that another Sotas, son of Ptolemaeus, owes him.

Papyrus sheet, complete, although lacking part of the lower margin; the surface is damaged in places, with small holes, abrasion, lack and misplacement of few horizontal fibres. The text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; it consists of 15 lines, all complete. All margins are extant, with the right being irregular and minimal and the blank space at the bottom measuring 80-90 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Complete papyrus sheet, damaged by a few holes throughout, written on one side along the fibres, with the back blank. The text, which occupies only half of the sheet, consists of 14 lines arranged in one column, all complete. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 107 mm. The surface is abraded in places. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Upper papyrus (A): Complete, damaged by small holes; bearing 6 complete lines, written along the fibres. Margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right.

Papyrus in the centre (B): Light-brown, square-shaped; almost complete, only lacking the bottom left corner; bearing 8 complete lines, written along the fibres.

Lower papyrus (C): Complete, light-brown along the left edge; bearing 5 complete lines, written across the fibres. Margins are extant, the upper and right being minimal.
