Fragments of a papyrus roll, another portion of which is preserved in a papyrus of the collection in Heidelberg, inventoried as P. G. 1288; broken off to the left and damaged at the bottom and along the vertical folds.Two columns survive, the first lacking the right-hand half, and the second almost complete. Right, upper and lower margins measure 45-60 mm, 30 mm, and 45-60 mm respectively. The intercolumn measures 13-30 mm. There are two lines, rubbed off, in the lower right corner. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
