Dark-brown papyrus sheet, with breaks along the vertical folds, lacking the top left edge and with white residue on the surface. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back bearing one line; on the front there is one column of 23 lines; margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
