Papyrus sheet, medium-brown, damaged at the left and right and complete at the top and bottom; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 4 lines running across the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends, with the exception of line 4, which only lacks the end; upper and lower margins are extant. A sheet-join runs along the upper edge. Folding lines are still visible. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening for the text on the back.
