Top of a mid-brown papyrus sheet, torn along the left edge and with surface damage throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank; a strip of vertical fibres is visible along the right edge. Portions of 12 lines from the top of a column remain; the upper margin survives, the right is minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
