Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and sides, and with minor damage throughout; written on both sides. The front bears 17 lines (with a supralinear addition) running parallel with the fibres and lacking beginnings and few letters at the end. The lower margin measures 80 mm. On the back there are 27 lines, lacking beginnings and ends and running against the fibres. Part of the upper and the lower margins survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
