Nine fragments of varying size reused as mummy cartonnage, written on one side across the fibres. The back bears no writing. The largest fragments, numbered 1-3, preserve portions of 22, 20, and 13 lines respectively. The smallest fragments bear a few letters from a few lines. The fragments are mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
