Three fragments of varying size from a medium-brown papyrus sheet, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue in places; written on both sides. The front of the largest fragment bears the beginnings of 12 lines running along the fibres. The back preserves the ends of 13 lines written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The fragments are housed in a glass frame.
