Medium-brown papyrus with five detached scraps, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue and surface damage in places; written on both sides. On the front, the largest fragment preserves the foot of two columns written along the fibres; the smaller fragments preserve a few traces of ink; on the back, there are traces of two columns written across the fibres and remains of the painted decoration. The fragments are housed in a glass frame; four of the scraps are mounted on cardboard.
