Papyrus sheet of dark colour, mutilated to the left and damaged by insect holes throughout; with little abrasion in places. Writing runs on one side along the fibres, the back being blank; there is one column of 16 lines, some of which lack the beginning. Upper, lower, and right margins are extant, with the right margin being minimal; the left margin survives until line 6. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
