Complete papyrus sheet, damaged by a few holes of small size and occasionally lacking strips of horizontal fibres. The text runs along the fibres on one side, with the back blank, and is abraded at the end of the lines. Left, upper and lower margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 80 mm; no margin was left at the right. The papyrus was mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
