Fragment of a papyrus sheet from mummy cartonnage, damaged by small holes located at the sides; there is writing on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. On the front there are parts of two columns, lacking the top; of the first, only the ends of the lines survive; the second lacks the ends of the lines, but is better preserved. The lower margin survives to c. 15 mm. On the back the surface is abraded; there are remains of two columns; the back was rotated 180 degrees to host writing. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
