Papyrus sheet, damaged by holes throughout and defaced at the top and bottom. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; three texts of seven lines each are arranged in one column and are separated by blank space. All margins are extant, the right being minimal. Vertical and horizontal folding lines are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Receipts issued by the grain collectors (sitologi) of Apias and other villages to various people, among whom are Pecysis, son of Harpagathes, and Stotoetis, son of Harpagathes, concerning the amounts of wheat that they have paid. The text is much defaced.

Papyrus sheet in poor condition, mutilated and defaced throughout. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Upper, right and lower margins are extant, the right being minimal; the left margin is much damaged. A sheet-join runs across the fibres at c. 35-43 mm from the right edge; dark spots are visible throughout. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Two papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass case.

Left papyrus (A): complete, but damaged by insect holes; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of one column of 8 lines; margins are extant.

Right papyrus (B): Fragmentary, broken off at the bottom and to the left, with surface damage in places; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of which parts of 21 lines survive, all lacking the beginnings; upper and right margins are extant, the right being minimal.

Left papyrus (A): Medium-brown sheet, complete, damaged by abrasion and some insect holes; bearing writing on one side along the fibres. The front bears 9 lines; margins are extant. The back is blank.

Right papyrus (B): Medium-brown fragment, complete at the top, imperfect on the right and broken off on the other sides; bearing writing on one side along the fibres. The ends of 16 lines survive, with the upper margin. The back is blank. Another fragment of the same papyrus, which preserves the first letters of this column and the preceding column, is now in Heidelberg, Institut für Papyrologie, inventoried as P. G 87.
