- Stotoetis, son of Stotoetis, tax-collector in Herakleia, appoints Satornilus, son of Apion, as a deputy in the tax collection for the third share of the office for two years. The delegate has to pay all the expenses related to the work and is to receive a salary of 252 drachmas per year.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged along the vertical folding lines. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text consists of one column with 26 lines, with the last quite mutilated. Left and upper margins are extant; no blank space was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
