Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, but well preserved as to the rest. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; one column of 21 lines survives; of the last line, only traces remain. The surface is slightly damaged in places. Horizontal folding lines are visible. Left and upper margins are extant; no margin was left at the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
