Papyrus sheet, complete but damaged by holes throughout, especially along the vertical folding lines. Writing runs along the fibres on either side, the back bearing one line. On the front there is one column of 34 lines, all complete. All margins are extant, with the right and lower minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
