Papyrus sheet, mutilated to the left, with insect holes throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text occupies the upper half of the sheet and consists of one column of 13 lines lacking the beginnings. Upper, lower and right margins are extant, the right being minimal; the blank space at the bottom measures 130-135 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
