Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and damaged throughout, especially along the left edge. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, with the back blank. The text is not complete: the first two lines preserved are mutilated. The blank space at the bottom measures 55 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
