Papyrus roll, complete and well preserved, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears three columns; the first has 5 lines, the second 11 lines and the third 14 lines, the last 6 of which are indented. All margins are extant; sheet-joins from top to bottom are visible. The original clay seal is preserved. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
