Papyrus, medium-brown, broken off on the left and lacking the lower left portion; with surface damage and a few insect-holes in places; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 26 lines lacking the beginnings; line 27 is in lacuna. Upper and lower margins survive; no space was left on the right. Vertical folds are still visible. Papyrus, mutilated on the left, with insect-holes and abrasion in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front there are two columns 155 and 115 mm wide; the first has 30 lines, some of which are very mutilated, the second 11 lines, complete, followed by ample blank space. Margins are extant, the upper being damaged. Four vertical folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

The front bears 13 lines lacking the beginning and occupying the upper half of the sheet. The upper and lower margins are extant, the right is minimal and irregular. The blank space at the bottom measures 120 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

On the front there are the line-ends from one column running along the fibres; some of the lines are badly abraded; right and lower margins survive. Horizontal folds are visible. The papyrus was then cut to host the text on the back, which comprises 21 lines written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front. Margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
