- Papyrus, medium-brown, broken off on the left and lacking the lower left portion; with surface damage and a few insect-holes in places; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 26 lines lacking the beginnings; line 27 is in lacuna. Upper and lower margins survive; no space was left on the right. Vertical folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
