- Fragmentary lease of a two-storey house located in Antinoopolis at a monthly rent of three-hundred myriads of silver; the lessee is Aurelius Ioannes, son of Salamas and Euphemia, of Alexandria, whose subscription is at the end. The back bears traces of an account.

- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and bottom, complete on the sides; with surface damage; the writing runs on both sides. On the front, there are 18 lines written along the fibres; left and right margins survive. On the back, there are traces of writing running across the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
