Papyrus sheet, mutilated throughout, with a detached scrap that bears traces of ink. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Parts of the upper, lower and left margins survive; no margin was left at the right. A sheet-join running across the fibres is visible at c.3 mm from the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
