Papyrus sheet, fully preserved, written on both sides along the fibres, the back having a one-line docket. On the front, one line was written across the fibres from the top of the left margin. The upper margin measures 10 mm; no margin was left at the bottom and right. The surface is slightly defaced in a few places. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
