Papyrus broken off at the left (front) and with some surface damage throughout; writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front bears three columns; of the first, only the ends of few lines survive; the second has 29 lines, mostly complete; the third column has 30 lines, complete. Lower and upper margins survive above and below columns 2 and 3; the right margin is extant. A sheet-join runs along the height of the papyrus in the middle. On the back there are two columns, written in the right margin one below the other; the second was written the other way up in relation to the first. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
