Medium-brown papyrus sheet, lacking part of the bottom and damaged throughout; with writing on both sides. On the front, there are 14 lines written across the fibres; of the last, only a few traces survive; left and upper margins are extant, no margin was left to the right and the lower margin is partly damaged. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
