Two detached fragments from a papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, darkened in places and with residue of plaster; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The upper fragment preserves 10 lines from the top of a column, the last being mutilated; the upper margin is extant and the left survives up to line 7. The lower fragment is the lower left corner of the sheet and bears portions of 4 lines and the lower margin. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
