Papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, broken off at the top and right, with plaster residue and some surface damage in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The beginnings of 38 lines survive, with traces of another line at the top; the last 11 lines are indented; blank space separates lines 33 and 34. Lower and left margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
