Ruling: Leroy 44C2, 20 lines.

Decoration: Illuminated headpieces ff. 1r, 57r, 85r, 119r, 197r; illuminated initials ff. 57r, 85r, 119r, 197r. Red initials and titles. Sec. fol. λέγων οὗτος.

Binding: Bound Greek style, blind-stamped red leather-covered boards. Brass plate (124 x 101 mm.) with bust of Christ screwed to boards.
