An anonymous version of the adventures of Sindbad in Persian verse, thought to have been originally composed in Sanskrit and subsequently translated into many languages. This copy is believed to have been executed in Golconda, India, around the year 1575. It is written in nastaʻliq script and contains 72 illustrations in Golconda style.

Binding: Modern European quarter-leather binding; red leather tooled Indian binding with flap preserved separately
Marginal comments: Marginal annotations in Telegu beside some of the miniatures
Seals: 2 scrubbed out seals, one possibly an East India Company seal (f. 1r)

Belonged to the East India Company in 1841 and was apparently stolen (scrubbed out East India Company seal on f. 1r)
Purchased by Edwin Greenwood at a bookstall for £1, June 1857 (f. 6r)
