Paper codex of approximately 15th century.Form: codexMaterial: paperSupport:Extent: 178 foliosDimensions (leaf): 275 × 200 mm.Dimensions (written): 205 × 145 mm.Foliation:178 folios (+ 2 paper flyleaves at the beginning and 3 at the end).
Collation
At least 17 quires: i8 (ff. 1-8), ii10 (ff. 9-18), iii8-1 (ff. 19-25), iv-vi10 (ff. 26-35, 36-45, 46-55), vii12 (ff. 56-67), viii10 (ff. 68-77), ix8 (ff. 78-85), x-xii10 (ff. 86-95, 96-105, 106-115), xiii-xiv8 (ff. 116-123, 124-131), xv12 (ff. 132-143), xvi-xvii10 (ff. 144-153, 154-163). The collation of ff. 164-178 is indeterminable.
Signatures in Hebrew characters at the beginning and end of most quires. Numbering is not continuous, but restarts several times (composite codex?).
Condition
Tidemarks and mould-spotting over much of leaves.
Tears and losses repaired, the infill paper now has edge damage and tears.
Old repairs obscure text.
Usage stains, ink smears.
Some worming.
