Daniel ben Mosheh ha-Melamed: inscribed, folio 1r.
A note stating that certain Shemu᾿el ben Avraham ha-Leṿi used the manuscript in 1744: inscribed, folio 1v.
Moses Wilhelm Shapira (b. 1830, d. 1884), a antiquities dealer of Jerusalem: purchased by the British Museum from him on 23 July 1881: inscribed, [385v].
