ff. 1r-168vTitle: Leḥem ShelomohTitle: לחם שלמהThe text is based on several kabbalistic works, e.g., Tolaʿat Yaʿaḳov, Maʿarekhet ha-elohut, Shaʿare orah, Derekh emunah and Sefer kaṿanot.
Folios 1 and 2 contain a piece, incomplete at the end, etitled Seder kol ha-nimtsa᾿im (on the order of worlds).
Appended are: Sha῾are yedi῾at ha-midot ṿeha-mishḳalot (Arabic in Hebrew characters, imperfect at the end), folios 167r-167v; an incomplete list of passages from Tana"kh and Mishnah, folio 168r.

Original Hebrew foliation is only partly preserved.

Quires of 8 leaves each.
Condition
Leaves missing after folios 2, 9, 121, 167.
Well-fingered, with dirt and grease in margins, especially lower corner – a few of the latter have been infilled.
A few tidemarks at head.
Paper slightly soft and weak from use.
Folio 168 has small loss at foredge.

Origin: 1650-1699 2nd half of the 17th century YemenProvenance and Acquisition
A record of deposition of the manuscript, which was transferred from Yehudah ῾Amar (?) to Yaakov ibn Daud Yosef, dated 2026 SE (1715 CE), witnessed by Shemarya ben Yosef and Mosheh ibn Se῾adyah: inscribed in Arabic (in Hebrew characters), folio 20v.
An entry with a list of purchased books, dated 1866 CE: folio 168v, in Arabic (in Hebrew characters).
