Collation
One leaf is missing at the beginning and the first signature is at the end of folio 8. Folios 9-15 form the second quire, folios 16-23 the third, and folios 24-183 contain 16 quires of 10 leaves each. Folio 184 remains of the last quire, the rest having been cancelled.
Condition
Incomplete at the beginning.
Two leaves are missing after folio 183.
Several leaves at the beginning and at the end are mutilated.

Moses Wilhelm Shapira (b. 1830, d. 1884), a antiquities dealer of Jerusalem: purchased by the British Library from him on 13 Dec. 1879: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v.
