The Arabic translation of Psalms, Job, Proverbs and Song of Songs are known to be by Saadia Gaon and the other translations are also due to him.

Imperfect at the end, leaves are missing after folios 1, 2, 311, 314.

Considerable amount of leaves at the beginning of the manuscript are more or less mutilated.

The masorah magna in 1-5 lines in the upper and 1-3 lines in the lower margin.

The number of verses stated at the end of each book, except of Chronicles.

The Five Megilot have Targum with superlinear punctuation.

The beginning of sedarim indicated in the margin with an ornamental samekh.

Visible mastara ruling.

Folio 316 belongs to another manuscript: written in Yemenite hand of c. 12th or 13th century, contains Leviticus 15:19-16:8.
