Quires signed with Hebrew letters and Arabic numerals at the end.

A note of sale: folio 1r.

Folio 2r: contains a document, partly in a Scriptural language, in which a certain Benyamin ben Avraham of Aden is recommended to the charity of the cities of Yemen. Cf similar documents in Cairo Genizah.

Sa᾿alam ibn Moron Al-῾Araki: inscribed, folio 3r.

Sa᾿alam ibn Se῾adyah ben Shelomoh Al-Suri: inscribed in a record of purchase, folio 7v.

Me῾oded ben Avraham and Sa῾id ben Saliman Al-Tawili: inscribed in a note of sale, folio 211v.

Yosef ben Shemaryah: inscribed, folio 211v.

Moses Wilhelm Shapira (b. 1830, d. 1884), an antiquities dealer of Jerusalem: purchased by the British Library from him on 23 July 1881: inscribed, back flyleaf(ii)v.
