Description: 2 kan, 2 satsu, in a chitsu case. (Maki 上) ff. 1-11, 13, 15-27, [1] ; (maki 下) ff. 1-4, 6-19, 21-26. Incomplete copy. 24.6 x 16.9 cm. Fukurotoji.
Blockprint. Printing frame 20.5 x 15.5 cm. No borders, except round illustrations. No fishtail design on hanshin.
Hiragana-majiri text with occasional furigana. 10 lines to page, 19 characters to line.
Mid-brown covers, probably renewed, without title slips. No gedai. Naidai at head of maki 上 and 下: 景清. Hashiragaki: Kagekiyo jō (ge) 景清上 (下) + folio no.
Edition: Undated seihan edition, at first sight difficult to distinguish from movable type. Although undated, this is clearly from an edition published in Kan'ei period (1624-44), probably earlier than Kan'ei 9 (1632).
Contents: One work from the full set of 36 mai no hon (kōwaka bukyoku 幸若舞曲).

Condition: Fair to poor. No worm damage, but many folios are soiled and some have rubbed and damaged corners, and brown stains.
Impression: Atozuri, from moderately worn blocks.
Illustrations: 9 single-page sumizuri woodcuts, 4 in maki 上 and 5 in maki 下. All illustrations have been hand-coloured in red, green and yellow, probably at a date long after the work was printed. Not a tanroku-bon in the strict sense.
